We are more than satisfied, because we exceeded the target of our complaint rate of 0.1 % both in 2022 and in the first quarter of 2023: the complaint rate was at incredible 0.03 %! This means that only every 3333rd part was a complaint, which definitely speaks for the quality of our products and makes us a bit proud.
