Strategic Meeting 2024 – on course for the future together!

Last week, we had our annual strategic meeting — two intensive days full of productive discussions and exciting insights! We reviewed our goals 2024 against the current status and then set a clear vision for 2025.

What do we want to achieve? What goals do we set for 2025? These were our central questions, alongside a detailed SWOT analysis: Together, we examined our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks. Especially valuable: The entire team contributed their thoughts in advance, giving us a comprehensive view.
