Emails with the subject line "Thank You" are rather rare, which makes this message even more special! This customer placed a repair order with us for the first time and discovered the gummy bears we always include in our packages - a small gesture that clearly brought great joy: "We would especially like to thank you for the little treat in the package! You should have seen us grinning… True to the manufacturer’s slogan: Haribo - Kids and grown-ups low it so!’" It truly warms our hearts to bring so much joy to our customers with such a small gesture.
