We are thrilled! We used to have to check each zero setter by hand and then correct the grinding wheel manually. That took a lot of time and was annoying. We have automated this process with our TSCHORN 4.0 TP135. Today, we measure and compensate for the wear of the grinding wheel fully automatically with TSCHORN 4.0. This means we can easily keep our measurement in the range of less than +/-0.002 mm. This means that we not only achieve the highest precision when grinding our zero setters, but also produce much faster, more precisely and reliably! Thank you, TSCHORN 4.0 TP135!
