The EasyZero zero point system is built to last, is easy to use and can be used with standard clamping devices. Thanks to a repeatability of < 0.005 mm, it achieves precise results. In addition, the zero point system clamps with up to 50 tons of clamping force. Wide and solid contact or clamping surfaces bring stability and reduce vibrations. With the help of a probing hole, the user determines the center point of the zero point system super-quickly and easily - and all at a fair price.

A special safety lock guarantees process reliability and safe working. Because a low crash risk minimizes the risk of injury and prevents damage to the workpiece, tool and machine. The best is: inserting of the adapter plates has been optimized. Canting has been minimized so that annoying jiggling during insersting belongs to the past.
Basic systems are available with one, two or four clamping pots, adapter plates are also with one, two or four clamping points available.
Each of the three bolts has a different purpose:
Positioning stud: responsible for highly precise positioning.
Orienting stud: responsible for exact orienting to the axis.
Clamping stud: with undersize simply useful for safe clamping.
